I can not answer your question more precisely Vit D. However, I wanted to give some important information. If you have a family history of osteoporosis, please avoid, non-alcoholic beverages. The carbonic acid in soda is terrible for your bones. This destroys the bone when they are younger and do not care or notice. So you actually pay for him if his age.
